Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Discover, Master Card and Visa). Sorry, but we do not accept checks.

Consultations:
We provide our customers with a 15-minute complementary consultation.

Employment Status :
Indulgence Salon & Day Spa rents stations to service operators that are independent and responsible for their own service fees, and opinions.

Hours of Operation:
We are open for business; Monday (10:00 - 6:00), Tuesday through Friday (10:00 - 7:00), Saturday (9:00 - 6:00), and Sunday (by appointment only for an additional $10.00 fee per service received) .

Gratuities (Tips) :
Gratuities are greatly appreciated; however it's your decision and not your obligation.

Group Party Bookings:
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required for group parties of (2 or more customers).

Guaranteed Satisfaction:
We at Indulgence Salon & Day Spa fully guarantee our professional services and products. Service modifications can only be scheduled within one week of the last service date.

Indulgence Spa Packages:
We offer a wide variety of spa packages (located under Day Spa), as well as customized packages to meet your spa needs. For further information about our customized packages, please contact us at the phone number located on the main page. All Indulgence packages are paid in full and in advance. Prepaid package service is forfeited without a 24-hour reschedule notice (regardless of cause). Prepaid packages have to be redeemed within 9-months of the initial purchase date.

Reschedule / Cancellation Policy :
If you are in need of rescheduling or canceling your booked appointment, we greatly appreciate a 24-48 hour advance notice allowing us to offer the time held aside for you to someone else. A minimum missed appointment fee of $25 up to the full service fee will be charged without proper reschedule/cancel notice (regardless of cause).

Service Fees :
Quoted service fees are estimated and vary depending on service operator and service provided.

Special Needs Requests:
Please contact us if you are in need of special accommodations due to conditions that may include; pregnancy, heart conditions, allergies, etc.

Gift Cards may be purchased for any amount and may be redeemed toward all Indulgence Salon Services, Day Spa Services, Indulgence Spa Packages and Indulgence Beauty Supply Professional Products.
